We offer returns or exchanges in cases where the product was fault on our behalf. 

If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong or missing product) due to our oversight, or the product came faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us. In this situation, all postage expenses will be covered by us explicitly. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days on domestic orders and within 20 days on international orders from the original order fulfilment date.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange or refund within 7 days.
